Kerry is an attorney at Morrissey, Wilson & Zafiropoulos, LLP.  He has over 24 years of experience in handling complex litigation matters involving contracts, unfair competition, municipalities, family business disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, real estate, environmental issues, construction, intellectual property, employment and general tort liability.  Kerry can also act as special settlement counsel.  He is skilled in the courtroom, public hearings, arbitrations and other alternative dispute resolution forums and provides pre-litigation counsel to assist clients in preventing costly litigation.
